Skip the line and get your custom order done fast. When you add the Rush Order Fee, your order jumps straight to the top of our production queue. We set everything else aside and get to work on yours first.
Most products are in stock and ready to engrave same day, so once your design is confirmed, we move quickly.
Whether you forgot an important date, have a last-minute gift, or just need it done now, we've got you covered.
Final delivery time may vary based on order size, design complexity, product availability, and carrier transit time. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.
How long will it take for my item to ship to me?
Production time and shipping time are separate. Orders of $79 or more ship free within the continental US. Other orders show shipping options and costs at checkout. We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx and email tracking when your order leaves. Local pickup is available in Grapevine, TX by emailing us first at hello@northtexaslaserworks.com.
Do you provide discounts on large orders?
Yes. Email hello@northtexaslaserworks.com with the product, quantity, and design, and we will reply with volume pricing.
How can I add individual names to my items?
Add your list of names in the Special Instructions box on the cart page, with the correct number of items in your cart. We keep the font and placement consistent across every piece. For dozens or hundreds of names, email hello@northtexaslaserworks.com with your logo and name list and we will send mockups.
How long will it take my order to be manufactured?
Orders under 12 pieces ship in 1 to 3 business days after you approve your proof. Orders of 12 or more pieces ship in 5 to 7 business days after proof approval. These are production times and do not include shipping transit. Every order gets a digital proof by email for your approval before we engrave.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes. Add the Rush Order add-on to your order and it moves to the front of our queue for design, proof, and production. We attempt same-day work on rush orders, but it is not guaranteed. Rush does not speed up shipping, so choose a faster shipping service at checkout if you need one.
Will the engraving come off, and can you print in color?
Laser engraving is the most durable way your item can be decorated. It's permanent and won't come off unless the item is damaged. Laser engraving is a single-tone process: it removes the coating to reveal the material underneath, so it can't reproduce color. Care: tumblers and drinkware are dishwasher safe unless the product page says otherwise.
