Confirm the complete quote, including any individual name engraving and delivery costs, before advertising your fundraiser. Account for payment fees and any other costs your group expects when setting its fundraising goal.

Send your group name, logo or design idea, estimated quantity, and required arrival date. We'll confirm product availability, engraving costs, and timing. An estimate is enough to start the conversation.

Set your price and share the fundraiser
Use the quote to decide what your group will charge. Tell supporters which product they are buying, what personalization is included, and when their order will be ready.

Collect orders and confirm the details
Your group collects supporter orders and payments, then sends us the final quantities and any name list. Confirm the final price and schedule, check spelling, and request a digital proof if you'd like to review the design before engraving.

We complete the engraving and ship the group order or arrange local pickup in Grapevine, TX by emailing us first at hello@northtexaslaserworks.com. Your group gets the finished items to its supporters.

Fundraising questions
How much does our group earn?
Your group sets its selling price and keeps the difference after paying for the products and any other fundraiser expenses. Request a quote before setting your price so you can calculate the amount your group expects to raise.
Is there a minimum order or volume pricing?
Most items have no minimum order quantity. Volume pricing has product-specific quantity requirements and applies when pieces share the same main design, including orders where only individual names change. Send your estimated quantity so we can confirm the pricing and requirements for your fundraiser.
Can we add our logo and individual names?
Yes. Use a shared group design with optional individual names. Standard text and artwork you supply have no design fee; individual name engraving may add to the product price. Include both the logo and personalization you want when requesting a quote. Laser engraving produces a single-tone design, so a full-color logo will not retain its original colors.
Can we see a proof before engraving?
Yes. We email a digital proof for your approval before we engrave. Check the artwork and placement, and we wait for your approval before engraving. Check every name on your final list as well.
How long does a fundraiser order take?
Orders under 12 pieces ship in 1 to 3 business days after proof approval. Orders of 12 or more ship in 5 to 7 business days. These are production estimates, with shipping transit additional. We'll confirm the schedule for your product, quantity, and any artwork or proof approval. Include your required arrival date before you launch the sale.
Who takes supporter orders and delivers the items?
Your group promotes the fundraiser, collects supporter orders and payments, and distributes the completed items. North Texas Laser Works handles the engraving and shipping of your group order, or local pickup in Grapevine, TX by emailing us first at hello@northtexaslaserworks.com. Discuss those logistics with us before choosing your sale and distribution dates.
