Custom laser engraving in Aubrey, Texas, serving Dallas-Fort Worth and customers across the continental US.
Ordering and pricing
Choosing your product and starting a custom order.
Is there a minimum order?
Most items have no minimum order quantity, so you can order a single personalized tumbler or gift. Check the product page for available options and any product-specific requirements.
How do I start a custom order?
Tell us the product, quantity, personalization, and required arrival date. Send any logo or artwork to hello@northtexaslaserworks.com, or visit our custom engraving page for more options. We reply within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I mix colors and sizes in one order?
Yes. Let us know the brand, size, and color you want for each piece so we can confirm availability and pricing. Volume pricing eligibility depends on the product and shared design.
Do you charge a design fee?
Standard text and artwork you supply have no design fee. If you need artwork created from scratch, describe your idea so we can review the scope before you order.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Volume pricing applies when items share the same main design, including orders where only individual names change. Email hello@northtexaslaserworks.com with the product, quantity, and design for volume pricing.
Artwork and proofs
Files, personalization, and checking your design.
What artwork files should I send?
Vector artwork works best, such as SVG, AI, EPS, or a PDF containing vector graphics. A clear, high-resolution PNG can also be useful. Email your file to hello@northtexaslaserworks.com. If you have already ordered, include your order number.
Can I see a proof before engraving?
Yes. We email a digital proof for your approval before we engrave. We wait for your approval before engraving.
What should I check on my proof?
Check spelling, names, dates, logo details, and placement. Tell us about any changes before approving the design so we can correct them before production.
Can each tumbler have a different name?
Yes. For a shared design, choose the font and placement for one item, then add the name list in the Special Instructions box on the cart page with the correct number of items in your cart. For dozens or hundreds of names, contact us with your logo and list so we can help organize the order. Check the product details for personalization pricing.
What if I only have a photo or screenshot of the design?
Send what you have. We will review the image and let you know whether it is suitable or whether a clearer file is needed before engraving.
Production and deadlines
Production estimates are separate from shipping time.
How long does production take?
Orders under 12 pieces ship in 1 to 3 business days after proof approval. Orders of 12 or more ship in 5 to 7 business days. These estimates cover production and do not include shipping transit. If artwork review or proof approval is needed, we will confirm how that affects your schedule.
Do you offer rush processing?
Add the Rush Order add-on to your order and it moves to the front of our queue for design, proof, and production. We attempt same-day work on rush orders, but it is not guaranteed. Rush does not speed up shipping.
Can you meet an event or holiday deadline?
Include your required arrival date in your first message, along with the product, quantity, and shipping destination or pickup preference. We will check the production schedule and delivery options before confirming the order.
Drinkware and engraving
Available brands, engraving results, and items you already own.
What drinkware brands can you engrave?
We offer Polar Camel, Stanley, YETI, and Owala drinkware with options for names, logos, and custom artwork. Browse our tumblers and water bottles for current sizes and colors. Contact us if you need a specific style that is not listed.
Can you engrave a tumbler I already own?
Often, yes. Our Bring Your Own Tumbler engraving service accepts most suitable stainless steel and coated tumblers. Send a photo, the brand and size, and your design idea so we can check compatibility. Include photos of any existing damage before we begin.
Is the design laser engraved or printed?
It is laser engraved. On powder-coated drinkware, the laser removes coating in the design area to reveal the metal beneath. The result is a permanent, single-tone design rather than a printed image or sticker. Laser engraving does not reproduce full-color artwork, and damage to the item or finish can still affect its appearance.
Shipping and pickup
Delivery options and collecting an order locally.
Where do you ship?
Orders of $79 or more ship free within the continental US. Other orders show shipping options and costs at checkout. We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Our engraving shop is based in Aubrey, Texas, serving Dallas-Fort Worth and customers ordering online.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your destination and the service selected at checkout. Carrier transit begins after production is complete. We use carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and email a tracking number when your order ships.
Can I pick up my order in Grapevine?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Grapevine, TX by emailing us first at hello@northtexaslaserworks.com. Email us first at hello@northtexaslaserworks.com so we can confirm the details and collection time.
Can an order be shipped to multiple addresses?
Contact us with the quantity and destinations before ordering. We will confirm the shipping arrangements and any additional costs for sending items separately.
Care and order support
Looking after your drinkware and getting help with an order.
How should I wash my engraved tumbler?
We recommend hand washing with mild soap, warm water, and a soft sponge to help preserve the exterior finish. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh chemicals. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your specific model, including lids and accessories. See our engraved product care instructions for more guidance.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Custom engraved items are made to order, so returns and exchanges are not available. If we made an engraving error or there is a production defect, contact us for help. Please review our refund policy for the full terms.
What if there is a mistake or problem with my order?
Email hello@northtexaslaserworks.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos.
