Overview

These terms apply to all orders placed with North Texas Laser Works, based in Aubrey, Texas. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout through the payment methods offered on our store. Custom orders are made to order and are final sale. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

Proofs and approval

We email a digital proof for your approval before we engrave. Engraving starts only after you approve the proof. You are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, artwork, and placement. The approved proof is the final design.

Artwork and customer content

By submitting text, logos, images, or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that engraving it does not infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights. You agree to indemnify and hold North Texas Laser Works harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from content you submit. We do not claim ownership of customer submitted artwork.

Production times and rush orders

Orders under 12 pieces ship in 1 to 3 business days after proof approval. Orders of 12 or more pieces ship in 5 to 7 business days after proof approval. These are estimates, not guarantees. The Rush Order add-on moves your order to the front of our queue for design, proof, and production. We attempt same-day work on rush orders, but it is not guaranteed, and rush does not speed up shipping.

Shipping, returns, and remakes

Shipping, transit damage, and remakes are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Bring your own items

Items you supply for engraving are engraved at your own risk, including any damage or wear that existed before we received the item.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
