Once the order details are approved, we handle the engraving. You keep the customer relationship and sell through your shop, website, or market booth.

Is there a minimum order?
Most items have no minimum order quantity. We'll confirm any product-specific requirements when we quote your order.
Can orders be fulfilled without your branding?
Yes. White-label fulfillment without North Texas Laser Works branding on the packaging is available upon request. Tell us what you need so we can confirm packaging and shipping arrangements before your first order.
How long does engraving take?
Orders under 12 pieces ship in 1 to 3 business days after proof approval. Orders of 12 or more ship in 5 to 7 business days. We'll confirm the schedule for your quantity and design when discussing your order. Production time is separate from shipping time, so include your required arrival date when you contact us.
Do I need to be in North Texas?
No. Our laser engraving shop is based in Aubrey, Texas, and serves businesses across Dallas-Fort Worth and the continental US through shipping.
