How it works: After you order, send your logo and the exact contact details you want included to [email protected], or add them in the order notes in your cart. We send a proof before engraving, with two free revisions included. Standard text and supplied artwork have no design fee. We will confirm any additional design cost before work begins.
Timing: Most orders are ready in 2 to 3 business days after proof approval. Shipping time is additional. Larger runs are scheduled individually. For volume pricing, email [email protected].
Policy: Custom cards are final sale. If there is an NTLW engraving error or production defect, we will remake your cards at no charge when it is reported with photos within 7 days of delivery.
How long will it take for my item to ship to me?
Production time and shipping time are separate. Orders of $79 or more ship free within the continental US. Other orders show shipping options and costs at checkout. We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx and email tracking when your order leaves. Free local pickup is available at Grapevine Mills in Grapevine, TX. Choose pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you provide discounts on large orders?
Yes. Email [email protected] with the product, quantity, and design, and we will reply with volume pricing.
How can I add individual names to my items?
Add your list of names in the Special Instructions box on the cart page, with the correct number of items in your cart. We keep the font and placement consistent across every piece. For dozens or hundreds of names, email [email protected] with your logo and name list and we will send mockups.
How long will it take my order to be manufactured?
Orders under 12 pieces ship in 1 to 3 business days after you approve your proof. Orders of 12 or more pieces ship in 5 to 7 business days after proof approval. These are production times and do not include shipping transit. Every order gets a digital proof by email for your approval before we engrave.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes. Add the Rush Order add-on to your order and it moves to the front of our queue for design, proof, and production. We attempt same-day work on rush orders, but it is not guaranteed. Rush does not speed up shipping, so choose a faster shipping service at checkout if you need one.
Will the engraving come off, and can you print in color?
Laser engraving is the most durable way your item can be decorated. It's permanent and won't come off unless the item is damaged. Laser engraving is a single-tone process: it removes the coating to reveal the material underneath, so it can't reproduce color. Care: tumblers and drinkware are dishwasher safe unless the product page says otherwise.
